Rotworm Cave Quest is located near the city of Venore w Rotworm Cave.

To enter the quest, you need 4 people, regardless of profession.

First of all, we go to the hole marked no. 1.

There are 3 levers in the hole, marked with numbers - we must pull the levers in the right order, because the levers unlock the passage to the next lever.

Lever No. 3 will unlock the passage to lever No. 2 on the upper floor.

This lever gives us access to the boss.

After defeating the boss, you receive your reward.
